This section of the BSCB website offers advice, information, research articles and links relating to safeguarding children.  It is relevant to anyone who works directly with children or who work with adults who are parents or carers. 

Whether you work in a paid or unpaid capacity, it is essential that you are fully aware of your roles and responsibilities in relation to safeguarding.  Safeguarding children is everbody's responsibility.

Much of the information is relevant to all agencies.  Remember, multi-agency working is an essential part of the safeguarding process.
